Rules

Entry:

Only dogs that participated in a session for the Dogs of White Dog Cafe book are eligible to enter the cover contest.
Participants must use a photo from their session. If you did not purchase a photo from your session, please contact Carol Arscott at carolarscottphotography@gmail.com to request a free, watermarked image for entry.
If you have multiple dogs in the book, each dog must be entered into the contest separately.

Voting:

Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
There may be special promotional voting periods throughout the contest. Check the contest site often, as Carol Arscott Photography cannot be responsible if notification emails are not received.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of Go Go Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, October 4, 2025 and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Prizes:

The two dogs with the most votes at the end of the voting period will be featured on the cover of the book. They will receive a special photo session at one of the White Dog Cafe locations for the cover of the book.
The three dogs that come in 3rd-5th place at the end of the voting period will be featured on the back cover of the book. They will receive a special photo session at one of the White Dog Café locations for the cover of the book.
Pets in 6th through 11th place will be featured on the bookmarks that will be handed out with the books. A photo from their previous photo session will be used for the bookmark.

The Fine Print:

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Alpha Bravo Canine, Fearless Restaurants, and Carol Arscott Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
