We heard crying outside our house and saw tiny paw prints in the snow, which was odd since we don't live near other houses. Concerned, we put out food and water, and watched a young kitten come toward us, extremely underweight, dirty, and covered with fleas. He cried like a baby, breaking our hearts, and we knew we had to save him. After a few vet visits and nourishing food, Rascal has become a loving, entertaining part of our family. Being a full-time house cat, he spends his days patrolling the windows and acting silly. We hadn't planned on getting another cat, but we're really glad he found us.
