A little about me...
Bengi, approximately 14 years young, emigrated from Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti in 2013. A current resident of Maryland, Bengi spends his days sleeping, sunning, and taking various medications (Rimadyl, Gabapentin, and Amantadine). He also ventures out to his favorite vet monthly for a Librela injection. His favorite meal is hand pulled, boneless / skinless Perdue chicken breast. Bengi could be the spokesdog for all rescues that overcame difficult conditions and succeeded at living a full life. We share Bengi’s 2025 Christmas photo to celebrate all senior rescues and to prove that dogs are a lot like fine wine—they get better with age.
