Pet's Story
Duchess, our animal aid veteran. This lady lived in animal aid for a whole 7 months before we found her. She was adopted in October 2017 to a crazy cat family. She is a shy, dainty, regal girl who is very picky with who she trusts; but once you’ve made it, she has so much love to give and will love you forever. There are so many layers to her, I have truly never come across a cat with this much of a personality. She knows what she wants and if you don’t comply promptly, she will let you know. She truly does live up to her royal name.
It’s taken a while for duchess to warm up to her knew life (especially her brother!) but she gets better and better everyday. Her favourite thing to do it run up and down the stairs holding her prized possession in her mouth; her spider toy. She loves dinner time and will be sure to let you know if you don’t serve her feast on time. The most complicated yet beautiful cat on the planet, although it’s been hard trying to help her adjust, it’s been totally worth it and I’m so lucky to be apart of this lady’s crazy life.
