My husband and I adopted Meenah last year on the day we got home from our honeymoon. I saw her picture in an email while we were waiting to board our plane home and we decided we had to meet her. We submitted the application prior to boarding and were approved when we landed! We drove straight to Animal House to meet her after we dropped off our luggage.

When we met her she was very thin, anxious and scared of everything around her including us. Her tail was between her legs the entire visit and that’s when we knew we had to take her home and show her love!

She is now the happiest dog! Her tail is always wagging and she’s always smiling. She’s become more confident and absolutely loves chasing frisbees in the yard.

She’s the biggest love bug and we couldn’t imagine life without her!
