We adopted Buddy in the early spring of this year, he was very thin and docile. He just yearned for our affection and we knew we needed to take him home and shower him with love. He was also heart worm positive which was a bit of a challenge for the first several months. He quickly gained weight and came out of his shell. He is now clear of heart worm and went on his first camping trip with us this past month in which he fit right in and had a great time. Buddy has been a great addition to our family and we are grateful to have found him when we did.
