Beatrice (formerly known as Kodiak) was rescued a year ago from Animal House Shelter. She came to us after losing our 20 year old dog ,”Hank” a few days before we moved out to Chicago from the east coast.

Beatrice was immediately part of our furry family and loves to give kisses and remind us all that loving each other is always better with a big kiss!

She’s brought so much happiness into our lives and loves to wag her huge tail. Her favorite thing is to eat ice cream on those hot summer days!

It’s just nice to know she’s so happy and appreciates us for rescuing her!
