Charlie was adopted at age 3. He was a puppy mill dog that had no “social graces” and was very fearful. Nine years later, he goes with us everywhere, is super cuddly yet stubborn, and he’s a great support dog for my husband who has Parkinson’s and dementia. He had no joy at one time and now he has joy and gives joy too.
