Cocoa was adopted from AHS three years ago. She was approximately 5 years old at the time and is believed to be and Italian greyhound/chihuahua mix. She was found living on the street in Indiana prior to her time at AHS. She had several missing teeth and a permanently displaced patella. She was so sweet and loving that the AHS staff decided to call her Sweet Pea. She now lives a very happy life in a loving home. She spends her day playing with her dog sister, Bailey and making sure to pick up any crumbs that hit the floor. Her favorite things to do are going for walks around the block and burying herself in a nice warm blanket. Cocoa loves to give kisses and is happy to cuddle in anyone’s arms.
