My sister and I were finally ready to welcome a new dog into our lives after the devastation of losing our previous dog. We certainly weren't planning on a twosome! Meeting Duke & Duchess (formerly Hansel & Gretel) was love at first sight. We were unable to choose one or the other. We were told they came to the shelter together, but keeping them together wasn't required. We thought it a sign. They came together, we were going to be sure they left together! 2 dogs was never a thought, yet we can't imagine it any other way. Being curled up with them is second only to watching them curled up together!
