Stella, originally Nutmeg, was just a kitten herself at Catopia Cat Cafe (rescued by June’s Senior Cat Rescue). She had a litter of kittens that had all gotten adopted by the time she was 9 months old, but nobody had shown her any interest because she was shy. She would go days without eating because she was so timid and the other cats would bully her away from the food. We fell in love with her and decided if she was still at the cafe in 2 weeks when we went back, it would be the universe telling us that Nutmeg was meant to be in our family. Lo and behold, 2 weeks later she was there still and she went home with us SAME DAY! Now she is a loving, outgoing, LOUD girl!
