Pet Story or Bio
Zoey is a rescue. She was approximately 1 year old when I came across her at the Eastside Animal Shelter two days before Christmas 2016. I was immediately drawn to her. She has always been a very dedicated pet. We've had lots of fun training together in obedience, rally, and agility. She eventually decided that agility training and competition was her favorite past-time. Zoey loves going on her daily walks and having rides in the car. She also loves to bask in the warm sun and bury herself into a plush microfiber blanket to take a nap or just relax. She tolerates a bath but can't wait to roll in the grass afterward. She is extremely smart! She has many different and very distinct barking noises to indicate exactly what she wants...and she typically gets what she wants. Zoey is the best thing that ever happened to me. Thus, the question remains...Who Rescued Whom? I'm so grateful she came into my life. Zoey also has a younger companion dog and an older cat that she shares the household with. All three pets get along really well. However, Zoey rules, and they listen.
