Topper just turned one year old and was adopted from the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria at just about 3 months old. His original name was Casper and we chose the name Topper, keeping a theme of friendly ghosts. Topper is 1/2 miniature poodle and 1/4 chihuahua. He now lives happily with lots of his dog friends!
