Jeffrey is a feral cat from MI. Jeffrey is actually a FEMALE, friendly cat that the Brown's take care of. Jeffrey started coming around in the colder months and the family's younger daughter provided a feral bed for her on their patio. She still remains outside, but is loved, fed, and cared for daily by the Brown's. Jeffrey is appreciative of her family.
