Roo, a miniature pincher chihuahua mix was picked up by animal control 3 years ago. She had a broken leg. One of the officers fostered her and found out I had a miniature pincher. I was called and asked to foster while she healed. I quickly became a "Foster Failure" and adopted this sweet, fun, energetic dog. We have a Mexican Fiesta every December 21st, her bday. She's living the dream in South Florida!
