Schnooky was originally named Maximilian--Max for short--because he had enormous feet and ears as a kitten and we thought he was going to be really big. Not only did he not turn out to be big, he is a very sensitive and sweet cat--in fact, a bit of a scaredy-cat. We developed a lot of pet names for him, and Schnooky stuck. His companion cat, Lexi, is an AWLA alum. They are good buddies.
