Jazzy is originally from Kansas City and is named after the Jazz music district where she was found as a kitten. She had been abandoned on the street and she was too cute to say no to. She has been an Arlington resident for about 1.5 years and was named "Pet of the Week" in May by ArlingtonNow.

Her hobbies include bird watching out the patio door, chasing the elusive red laser and trying to eat cheese off her parents’ plates. She enjoys frequent naps, particularly in clothes or blankets fresh from the dryer. Her mom volunteers at AWLA and Jazzy thinks it may be time to share her knowledge as a foster sister. She wants all of her furiends to find happy homes!
