Emmy was rescued with her mother and two brothers from a barn in West VA by our vet, Dr. Jan Ellison, of the Cat Hospital in the fall of 2012. At the time, my husband and I had recently said goodbye to one of our cats and we did not think we were ready to adopt another. But our remaining cat was very lonely and once we met Emmy, we fell in love! We adopted her and brought this little ball of cotton home for the holidays! She is a diva who rules the house.
