We got Toby as a kitten at 16 weeks from a vet clinic/shelter in California and he is about to celebrate his 16th birthday. As a 3 lb. kitten, Toby learned quickly how to get along with his older 3.5 year-old Maine Coon housemate Kitty Rex. This included jumping on Kitty Rex’s back & then getting flipped upside down and tussling. They spent the next 12 years together as best mates, until his buddy passed in 2013. As the senior cat of the house, Toby enjoys being in charge (or trying to be) of his housemates of 2 years, Peeta & Dalton. Toby’s favorite things are: his ‘Banana’ catnip toys, chasing Peeta & Dalton/being chased by Peeta & Dalton up many flights of stairs, napping and tuna water.
