Nine years ago, I was volunteering at a dog adoption event for a local rescue organization, and Beuller (then-named Jimbo) was the dog that I had to walk around and persuade people to adopt. During the three-hour event, I absolutely fell in love with his sweet hound face and his goofy demeanor, and my husband and I ended up bringing him home to foster. Well, he ended up getting along so well with our other dog that we officially adopted him a week later. Since then, he's been a wonderfully playful and loving companion to our family.
