A vote for me is a vote for a rescue feline who pulled herself up from meager beginnings on display at a PetsMart to become a calendar girl. It's also a vote for a spindle cell carcinoma survivor who never gave up during six rounds of chemo. I've trained for this opportunity. Every morning, my hoomans give me a nutritious breakfast, which I follow with a workout of chattering at birds outside the window, incorporating plyometric leaps to scare them away. Post-litterbox after my vitamin-dense evening meal, I do "cardio zoomies," running laps in my house. Evening fitness involves chasing "mousies" and cross-training by doing somersaults on the stairs. I also blend in toning by making biscuits on my favorite blanket. My good looks are maintained by getting proper rest -- at least 18 hours per day, preferably in a sunspot. Vote for purrsistence.
