Peach was found as a stray following Hurricane Harvey. She was transferred to a shelter near me where I found and adopted her. I recently lost my dog Lucy who, when I adopted her, was named Fancy because of the way she walked and her red fur. When I found Peach, the first thing the volunteer said to me was, I love how fancy she looks when she prances. I knew it was a sign Peach was meant to be with me.
