Apricat became my boy as a kitten from Arlington Animal League. He was my beautiful boy for 23 years. Yes, you heard right. He was living all 9 lives to the fullest.
He was in love with Coquette(cat) for the first 10 years of his life. When she left us for mice heaven Apricat became depressed for 6 weeks.
Boycott was the answer. Apricat had a bit of disciplining to do as Boycott was 10 years younger and didn’t know that one doesn’t jump on the back of his elders. It worked.. they were friends to the end.
Apricat read the newspaper when ever he could get space on the counter.
