Sam was rescued from a kill shelter in WV by AWLA. He was with them, for 3 months and then went to a foster home. Every time I went to look for a dog, none were a perfect fit... I kept seeing him on AWLA website and asked them to bring him in (as well as cute fliers about him)... With gray hair and at over 60 lbs I guess he was not for everyone. He is now a slim 46 lbs, loves running, playing "chuck it" and riding in the car. Not sure who saved who by we sure love our Sam boy! He loves carrying his ball on walks, had a furious bark and a winning smile. Vote for Sam, he loves attention!
