Miss Scarlett is a 20-year-young AWLA foster. She enjoys sitting in the bathtub, singing opera at 2 a.m., and having tea parties. She's a spoiled girl, making her foster dad put three tins of food out for her to choose from. When not snuggling on the sofa, she enjoys being taken to brunch in her stroller.
