Bakely is a lovely street dog from Madagascar. Her name means "Little Kiss" in Malagasy, the language of Madagascar, and she loves to give those kisses. Despite her humble beginnings, she is one sophisticated lady! This international diplodog has lived in America, Honduras, Germany and of course, Madagascar and even had a quick layover in Paris once! (She loved it!) Initially, Bakely was in the only animal rescue center in all of Madagascar, which was experiencing an outbreak of parvo. If she wasn't fostered, she would most likely not survive. How could I resist? Fostering very quickly led to adopting and on Thanksgiving 2006, she became the best blessing!
