We adopted Princess Leia in January of 2019, and she has become the light of our lives along with her sister, Margaret Thatcher, who is also an AWLA alumnus. She was afraid of the world when we adopted her, but with enough love and the encouragement of her
canine big sister, she is a brave little, loving dog now. She lives her best life each day, and each day makes ours even better!
