Elkie is a beautiful Norwegian Elkhound and AWLA alumna who had a rough start as a backyard breed dog in West Virginia. Now, she runs tame in our condo courtyard as she looks for pets and treats from the neighbors; attends birthday parties for her doggy friends; and visits every area business that allows dogs.
