As you can see from his distinguished photo, Charlie is the current Finance Minister of Greece. Given his polydactal toes he is quite light fingered, which makes him excellent for his position.

He enjoys competitive dance and specilaizes in the tarantella, often finishing by tossing the rose in his mouth to a lucky girl kitty and downing a shot of Sambucca. No kitten for this stud though ladies, he's neutered!
