Charlie is full of energy and loves to play. Although he suffers from asthma, that doesn't stop him from pouncing or chasing the ball around. He loves to talk to us all day long, and sometimes when we want to sleep, he still has a story to tell. The outside world amazes him, anywhere he can look out a window, that is where you will find him. We love our little Charlie from the APCSM, he has brought us so much happiness.
