Finnegan was rescued to be Mercy's partner in shenanigans! We rescued Finn from APR, and he and Mercy have been bonded ever since. Finn loves Mercy's puppy energy to play, and Mercy loves her big brother's calm demeanor to snuggle. Both love a good cheese bone, snuggles, and snacks!
