Looking for a dog in a cats body? Look no further than Howie! If water is around, Howie is always nearby. He loves going out on our outdoor catio, especially when it’s raining or if someone is cleaning with the hose! He is also dog friendly, so if you have a dog as a part of your family, then Howie could be the cat for you! This silly boy was surrendered to us due to a family emergency and he could no longer be cared for by his owner. Howie is extremely sweet and a very laid back cat.
