Buddy is a APR alumni. I found him on Instagram and it was love at first mangy sight. Later I saw his rescue insta post and it was the same day my dad died in Jan 2019 so it was meant to be. Buddy is the cutest, happiest, most spirited lunatic. Yes, he owes me like $1000 because, you know, puppies. We're on a kisses payment plan.
