Omar came to us from the Los Angeles North Central Shelter. He brings joy everywhere he goes with his little prance and bright eyes. He’s a sweet and sassy pup who likes neighborhood walks, stealing bedroom slippers, burrowing in blankets and snuggling with his humans.
