No one tries harder than Tippi (aka, Whippy for her frenzied, ecstatic tail-wagging). As a puppy Tippi was found galloping down the I-10 highway in LA and then brought to a S LA shelter. In her forever home, she brings her full self, full throttle, to each and every day. She trills, squeals, grins, and warbles with happiness when she sees you, and that makes for many a magical day.
