My boyfriend and I had been looking for the perfect dog to rescue for months. I checked ARF’s website daily and the moment I saw Tugboat I knew he was the one! I’ve always wanted a corgi and grew up with three border collies...and there tugboat the Borgi was - a perfect mix of the two! Even the name was perfect...we see tugboats at work daily. He’s the best dog and the most loyal companion
