Animal’s Story
Found on the streets of Oakland and sent to their SPCA, ARF rescued him and we discovered him there on July 13, 2018 . We went to "just look" at the dogs at ARF and came across a supposedly 9 month old, 37 lb. hound/shepherd mix that was nothing but skin and bones. We couldn't leave without him. Right after we adopted him, he got super sick with pneumonia and we sadly had to return him for intensive care. A month later we were happily reunited! Now a robust 74 lbs he's the sweetest, most loving boy ever. This highly verbal boy snorts to express his distaste for things he doesn't like and yelps to be let in from the outside. His favorite things to do are cuddle with his human sisters, take long naps and chase his big black lab brother around the backyard. We are totally in love with him!
