Mulligan is a Border Collie mix who came into our lives several years ago. She loves kids, chasing squirrels, and her walks. She’s sharp as a tack and knows how to open doors and thinks she is a human. She absolutely loves riding in cars and sits in the seat like her human brother and sister!
