Animal’s Story
Marleau came home from ARF in July of 2010. She is part collie, all hound nose and ready for a walk and a treat at anytime. Her favorite place is Tahoe with the mountain smells, wildlife, and long walks. We joke that “it’s 3 o’clock somewhere” because we all know when it’s time for her dinner, which used to be 4pm and even 5pm before that. One particularly busy evening she scammed us out of three dinners, “Oh look at the poor girl standing by the food cabinet, nobody fed you yet, did they?” Now in her twilight years she is “loving” on borrowed time since her cancer diagnosis, though everyday has always been a gift with our good girl. We couldn’t have asked for a better fur baby in our family.
