Animal’s Story
Jangsoo was rescued from Jeju Island, a high kill shelter in South Korea. I adopted him through LoveandSecondChances, a local Bay Area rescue that works with international partners to save these extremely vulnerable animals. He thankfully arrived at the end of February 2020, just before travel restrictions were put in place. The most amazing thing was when I brought him home after picking him up at SFO, he greeted me as if he’d always known me. No trepidation, no anxiety; it was the smoothest of transitions into the household. He is such a sweet boy; my “Soo-Soo” as I call him. I’m so honored and proud I get to be his forever home.
