Animal’s Story
Alfie was a rescue from the Northridge fires in Southern California several years ago and adopted through a rescue organization. Alfie was under weight and his fur was matted and full of burrs so he had to be shaved down to his skin. As unusual as he looked there was something about those eyes that told a story and won our hearts. He is probably a poodle mix around 7 years old. As adorable as he looks, he had issues with strangers, trucks and big dogs. Returning him to the rescue organization was not even considered. Through love and patience he has become a loving member of the family. Alfie loves his human baby sister Callie and follows her everywhere. We are so happy that such an unfortunate situation brought him to this loving home.
