Pet's Story or Bio
Atlas came to our family as a rescue from Living Free Animal Sanctuary in Mountain Center. After nearly a year there he grew very depressed and anxious. He even started escaping out of his kennel. We took a chance bringing this sweet boy home. Since being in our home he has not once tried to escape and he's become the happiest ever! He loves his toys and playing with our other dog, Juniper. His other favorite activities include hiking, being under a blanket, riding in our truck, laying in bed, burying toys in the backyard, and sneaking to eat the cat's food. Then laying in bed some more. Adopting this perfect mix of a couch potato and active hiker has taught me how valuable it is to take a chance on a rescue dog.
