Stryker was adopted from the So Cal Weimaraner Rescue who had found him and his two sisters, Mom and Dad and grandparents in Riverside country - tied up in 100 degree heat with no food or water - all emancipated. All seven dogs were rescued and placed and the owner responsible charged with animal abuse.

After six weeks at the pound, Stryker came to live in Idyllwild where he and his sister Graycie run and play ball in a fenced, third-of-an acre back yard. He’s all fattened up but sleek and trim, and the smartest and most lovable dog ever.

Stryker goes everywhere with his Mom and Dad - to the post office, Fairway grocery store (where he gets lots of treats), the bank, the Help Center (more treats), the dentist in Hemet, and more. He’s a working service dog in training. He knows hand commands, and is working on learning how to open doors.
