Pet's Story or Bio
Fiona was part of a litter waiting for a new home at Living Free in 2021 when we were looking for a companion for Freddie. She filled the bill, and the adventure began! Although she was a wild child, we learned from each other and spent her second year in weekly agility classes for Fun + Obedience. She loves daily visits to the nearby dog park, and may play chase games, cuddle with whoever sits on the benches, or simply observe from the shady center of the field, and I joke she's "waiting for a bus." In this photo from early one morning last week, she jumped on top of the doghouse and stared into our giant pepper tree...I looked for a long time before finally seeing a possum face staring back at us from a high branch. Fiona woofed a single warning, so I knew she was on the job, protecting us from a possible Possum Gang.
