ARF Animal Rescue Foundation is a 501(c)3 corporation based in Seguin, Texas, with a mission of promoting animal welfare in Seguin and Guadalupe County, Texas. ARF adopts, rescues and fosters animals from local public kill shelters provides food and medical support to pets in low income families, hosts free rabies clinics for low income and unowned animals, underwrites the spaying of owned and unowned animals, maintains community cat colonies , provides educational programs promoting animal welfare, partners with a local university to provide leadership development and volunteer opportunities, and supports financially other rescue groups.
