Toby is a rescue pup himself! Originally a stray from Arkansas, Toby knows how important it is to find his furever home. He knows that the Rescue League centers it's mission around the perfect finding homes for every pet, and his hope is that every pet will get the same second chance he did.

Tell us what makes your dog better than all the rest!
Anyone who has met Toby knows he has a huge personality! From the moment we adopted Toby, we knew he was special, and in the last 7 years he's worked his way into the hearts (and laps) of everyone he's met since. His wagging tail and soulful eyes can brighten even the cloudiest of days, which is good news because Toby loves a good sun spot.

Toby is famous for the classic "flop on you" snuggle, enjoys only the finest frozen apple sauce cups, and his favorite toy, Mr. Piggy. He loves everyone wholeheartedly, treating all people like they're the only one in the world. If you're lucky, Toby will bless you with the elusive sleepytime tail wag and woof.

He is a big fan of car rides, but only under 45 mph or else he won't stick his head out. Even more so, Toby loves visiting breweries, ice cream parlors, Starbucks, Walgreens, or anywhere else that will give him a special treat.

Not that looks are the most important thing, but Toby is a the cutest dog around, somehow handsome even when his lip gets caught in his teeth. Above all, Toby knows when you need a little extra love and is happy to supply.
