We rescued Tillie, a Kelpie (Australian Heeler), from a shelter in Idabell, Oklahoma July 2024. We got her out the day she was to be euthanized. She had been surrendered to the shelter with her puppies. Her puppies were adopted leaving her alone there. She will be 3 years old in November. It was a long road trip from Oklahoma, accomplished by a wonderful group of people that drove 26 legs of miles across country to get her here. From day one she has been a very sweet dog. She is smart, a quick learner, and a good sister to our other 2 older rescued dogs. She's a love. We love them all.

Tell us what makes your pet better than all the rest!
She endured alot to get her here and never acted anxious or misbehaved. She has a great spirit and loving personality. But I can't say she's better than all the rest. Each rescued dog has had their own set of circumstances and every owner feels their's is the best. She is the best for us. We had a rescue dog for 10 years who passed away April 2024. It broke our hearts. I'm submitting this in memory of our Sadie. She was also the best!
