Oliver is an adopted rooster of a breed that is “of no value”. As an Olive Egger, his offspring do not breed true. Despite his “lowly” status, he is an honorable rooster that keeps the flock in order and safe. He is a skilled aerial detector and can identify hawks, planes, song birds, and falling leaves well before his owners or any other member of the flock. He has multiple extracurricular activities such as serving as choir conductor of the flock and tidbit dancing. He has occasionally picked up xylophone playing and has mastered hitting a single note. He takes his leadership seriously and leads with pride!
