Roscoe is 6 year was adopter in when he was 2 months. His litter was surrendered. He LOVES kids. He also enjoys bringing joy to people especially if they need it. Roscoe is training to be a therapy dog. He’s got a great personality despite being mostly Chihuahua. He is mixed with Jack Russell, Beagle and Rat terrier. He’s dressed as Popeye this year and I’ll be Olive Oyl. My grandpa passed away and he would always call me Olive Oyl and give me spinach to eat. Roscoe’s middle name is in his honor and he loved that it was his name Ernest.
