Artist Statement
Camp Mak-a-Dream: I painted this acrylic painting while attending a week-long camp session for brain tumor teens in Montana. It is a realistic interpretation of the camp logo which depicts the beautiful mountains in Montana.

Bio
My name is Katarina Love and I am 14 years old. On March 17, 2017, with a grade one Ganglioglioma on my brainstem. A lot has changed since then but one thing has remained the same in my life: my love of art. I enjoy drawing, coloring, and painting. My favorite medium is oil paints. No matter what medium I am using, art always brings me an escape from reality and joy.
